3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use SyncDine.
If you are using SyncDine on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Free Trial
SyncDine may provide a free trial period of up to twenty-four (24) hours.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any trial account at any time.
Trial accounts may have limited functionality.
5. Subscription Plans
SyncDine is offered through subscription-based plans.
Available plans, pricing, limits, and features may be updated from time to time.
Subscription fees are payable in advance.

6. Payments

7. No Refund Policy
All payments made to SyncDine are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for:

- Unused accounts

8. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Protecting login credentials

- All activities conducted through your account
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
9. Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data uploaded to SyncDine.
This may include:
- Customer names
- Phone numbers
- Addresses
- Loyalty information
- Sales records
- Inventory information
- Employee information
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to collect and process such information.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Upon cancellation or termination:
- Access to the Service may be suspended immediately.
- Customer data may remain stored for up to thirty (30) days.
- After thirty (30) days, data may be permanently deleted without notice.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.
The Company is not obligated to restore deleted data after the retention period.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Upload malicious software or code
- Interfere with platform security
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Copy, reproduce, or resell the software without authorization
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination.
12. Intellectual Property
SyncDine, including all software, code, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and technology, is the exclusive property of D Sites.
No ownership rights are transferred to customers.
Customers receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
13. Availability and Uptime
The Company strives to maintain a high level of service availability.
However, SyncDine is provided on an "as available" basis.
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party failures may result in temporary interruptions.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
14. Third-Party Services
SyncDine may integrate with third-party services, payment gateways, APIs, or external software.
The Company is not responsible for:
- Third-party downtime
- Third-party security incidents
- Changes made by third-party providers
- Losses arising from third-party services
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate agreements.
15. Future Features and Integrations
The Company may introduce:

The availability of future features may depend on subscription plans and technical requirements.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, D Sites shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits

- Business interruption

- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages

The total liability of D Sites shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer during the preceding three (3) months.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D Sites, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of SyncDine
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of applicable laws
- Data uploaded by you
18. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if:
- Payments are overdue
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Security risks are identified
Termination may occur without prior notice.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
20. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of SyncDine shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, Pakistan.
Customers agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
21. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website.
Continued use of SyncDine after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
